IRONBANK is a commercial office building with a retail at street level. It is made up of 4500m sq. of retail and commercial office space.
Ironbank is Ecologically Sustainably Designed (ESD). It will be targeting a Green-Star Office Built Rating from the New Zealand Green Building Council and will be aiming to achieve 5 Green Stars.
