Meet the Team
Renewable energy is a serious job, so it’s important to us, that you receive only the right Service and Information. We believe the foundation to a happy Solar home, is a Solar-passionate team, so we’ve curated a group of individuals who harness the sun, and spread the light to locals across New Zealand.
We are an all-in-one team, of Solar Installers and Office Staff, who gets the job done. It’s important to us, that we have our own team on Installers to ensure Quality and Efficiency through transparent communication. Plus, the more people, the more fun!
Grace - Accounts
Grace our Finance Manager. She overlooks the general accounts and finance of Solar Group and ensures that products are ordered, delivered and keeps our financial books healthy.
Daniel - Solar Installer
Daniel has made his way onto the roof with the installation team. He benefits from the amazing views each day and being a helping hand in creating a cleaner future.
Michele - Admin Officer
Michele ensures that our office is running smoothly. She is the first point of contact for our clients and does a handful of the back-end pieces, such as Monitoring Registrations, Sales Orders, Warranties, Invoicing and Service support.
Nikita - Technical Engineer
Nikita is the Technical Manager at Solar Group. His main focus is our commercial clients and being a scout for ways that our products can be improved to stay one step ahead.
Cecilia - Customer Support Manager
Cecilia is our Customer Service Manager. She manages our installation schedules across NZ and offers both internal and external technical support. Her engineering background helps a lot!
Dave - Solar Consultant
Dave is one of our Solar Consultants. He’s been working for Solar Group for over 20 years now, therefore is fully informed on all things solar. Dave is proficient with customising the perfect solar system to suit your specific requirements.
Ross - Business Development Manager
Ross manages the new wholesale development. He is constantly creating new networks of solar installers.
Fletcher - Solar Engineer
Fletcher is Solar Group’s Solar Engineer and Consultant. He is often conducting customised plans on how Solar can be implemented in your homes. Fletcher’s main priority are regions outside of Auckland.
Nico - Logistics
Nico manages Solar Group’s warehouse. He has been working for Solar Group for over 20 years with extensive knowledge regarding our product offering and their specialty. Nico keeps our products in superb quality through and through.
Roeland - Managing Director
Roeland is the Solar Group owner. With great love for landscape and our environment, he’s a strong believer that solar energy is the answer to preserving the environment and an impactful way of living.
Flora - Marketing Coordinator
Flora is our Marketing Coordinator. On a daily basis, she works on campaigns, website maintenance, social Media and promotes creativity within our Solar Group HQ.
Becky - Solar Installation Manager
Becky manages the team of solar installers and oversees the installation of solar solutions. Becky has worked in the solar industry for 10 years and brings her expertise to Solar Group.
Brad - Business Analyst
Brad is Solar Group’s Business Analyst. He is analysing and improving all our business processes.
Lexi - Sales Coordinator
Lexi is the newest member of our sales team. She coordinates and assists potential clients who are interested in taking their solar enquiry to the next level before they meet with our solar engineers.
Hira- Technical Support Engineer
Hira is the newest member of our technical team. She is a point of contact for technical support for residential installations and business partners.
Nathan- Solar Installer
Nathan is part of our installation team. He spends much of the day on roofs with the boys, installing, testing, and ensuring that the projects go to plan.
Sebastian- Solar Installer
Sebastian is part of our solar installation team. He’s well informed of all project plans and helps our electricians conduct a days of work.
Steve - Electrician
Steve is one of our electricians. He regularly travels across New Zealand, to cater to our wider Solar clients. He’s also regularly seen at the Solar Group HQ to plan systems and procedures of improvement.
